God Street Wine -- Lo Faber (lead vocals, guitar), Aaron Maxwell (lead vocals, guitar), Dan Pifer (bass), Jon Bevo (keyboards) and Tom "Tomo" Osander (drums) formed in New York in 1988. In helping to form the early jamband scene they played alongside bands like the Black Crowes, DMB, Blues Traveler and the Spin Doctors. They joined the H.O.R.D.E. Tour traveling festival in the 90's, recorded six albums and performed more than 1,000 shows in their 11 years together. After almost a decade apart GSW reunited in 2009 to honor an old friend who had passed away. A year later they joined together to benefit the National MS Society and in 2011 played on Jam Cruise. Now in 2012 they will bring their own brand of improvisational sounds to the Bay Area in California for the first time since the mid nineties. (Photo by Mike Wren.)
